Do “human beings” provide your translations?
Yes, all our translations are provided by professional translators with several years of experience in their respective fields of expertise. We do not use “machine-translation” since this yields poor and inadequate results for any business purpose. In addition to our professional translators, seasoned editors proofread each of your documents to assure our translation’s accuracy, and friendly Project Managers will be in touch with you every inch of the translation job.
What will the client receive?
Clients will receive a translation by email, along with their purchase receipt. Hardcopies may be provided upon request at an extra fee.
How do I order?
You can email a copy of the document(s) to be translated to: sales@thetranslationcompany.com. This e-mail address is being protected from spambots; you need JavaScript enabled to view it. Once we receive your email, we will respond via email with a quotation and an order form that you need to fill out. We start translating your document as soon as we receive your completed order form, and your payment is successfully processed.

How do I pay?
Credit card is the fastest payment option, and almost all our clients choose this method. You can click here to download our order form to include your credit card information. However, you may also mail a check/money order to us at: 4645 Wyndham Ln. Ste 280, Frisco, TX 75033
Note: For check and money order payments, we wait until the transaction is completely cleared before commencing the translation. This may take up to five business days.
Do you accept Purchase Orders and NET30 accounts?
Yes, we do. Companies with more than 3 years are welcome to apply for a NET30 account. You will need to fill out a complete credit application. The processing of this credit application takes between 2 to 3 business days. The credit provided in this account will be based on the credit history of your company.
How soon will I get my translation?
Normally a translation of up to 5,000 words (or 7 pages of text in MS Word format) takes 2 days from when the order form is received and successfully processed. For jobs including DTP (graphic design) for picture formatting, particular file formats (e.g., InDesign, FrameMaker, etc.), may require extra time.
What if I need a translation faster than the turnaround provided?
Overnight and rush jobs are available at a premium fee. Overnight and rush jobs involve work during after hours and weekends to meet challenging deadlines. We charge a higher rate to cover the extra costs that this kind of translation involves.

Do I have to send the original document(s)?
Not at all. Any clear and legible copies will suffice. However, we reserve the right to request original documents for verification if you need a certified translation.
What format will my finished translation be in?
We usually deliver a translation in the same format in which you sent the original documents. For example, if you send us a document in MS Word format, you will receive a translated document in MS Word format. Documents sent to us in PDF file format are also usually sent back to the client in MS Word format, so they can promote changes in the future, if necessary. However, we can also deliver a version in PDF as well at no extra cost.
What if the cost quoted is not within my budget?
We offer highly competitive pricing. You can rest assured that our rates are the best when compared with other professional translation companies. If you found a rate significantly lower than ours, this probably means that you are dealing with an individual translator or an offshore company not employing professional translators.
This may work for translation jobs intended to give you an idea about the content existing in a document. However, if you represent a company translating your documents and materials to be used by clients, or for purposes such as legal, financial, medical, etc. you need to use a professional translation company with quality processes in place and professional translators capable of delivering the kind of content you are supposed to have.
