Founded on 1 November 2003, the Costa Rican Association of Professional Interpreters and Translators is a professional association, formed by translation
specialists, with the following objectives:
1. Contributing to the development of professional translation and interpretation at the national level.
2. Promoting the improvement and professional development of translators and interpreters.
3. Promoting ethical and professional conduct, as well as communication between partners and translators/interpreters.
4. Promoting the recognition of professional translators and interpreters.
The website is not offered in English.
